Need and relevance
The Belgian tech sector struggles with low participation of people from diverse backgrounds, especially women. This lack of diversity hinders innovation and social representation. DiversIT addresses this issue by helping SMEs build inclusive cultures that foster equality and belonging.
From approach to impact
Through interactive training modules, SMEs gain tools to embed inclusion into daily HR practices. Topics include gender-aware policies, inclusive recruitment, and leadership. We also bring key stakeholders together to foster shared responsibility for diversity.
