The Three Pillars of Civic Tech

Funding

Finding and structurally shaping funding is one of the biggest challenges within Civic Tech. In an ideal scenario, we work with a mix of funding channels, such as corporate sponsorships, support from NGOs and governments, and even philanthropic contributions from individuals who believe in our vision.

Our research focuses on developing a sustainable funding model, supported by a strong marketing narrative that highlights the societal impact of our projects. By combining innovation and social relevance, we aim to convince investors to be part of this movement toward a more sustainable digital future.

Citizens

Citizens are at the heart of Civic Tech. Their involvement and input are essential to developing applications that meet the real needs of society. Through co-creation and participation, we strive to make technology accessible to everyone, thereby strengthening the role of citizens in shaping digital inclusion.

Volunteers

Their passion, expertise, and dedication ensure that innovative solutions can be realized faster and more efficiently. Whether it’s programming, designing, or strategic thinking, volunteers bring the community to life and form the foundation of our successes.

In addition to volunteers from various disciplines, we also involve students. They are given the opportunity to gain practical experience and make a direct contribution to innovative projects with societal impact.
