An integrated approach to reducing bird-induced crop losses in field crops and fruit production

The overall aim of the project is to develop a new approach to bird damage, focusing on corvids and pigeons, in order to safeguard the income of farmers and horticulturalists. The project aims to assess the feasibility of new, innovative, non-controversial and environmentally friendly deterrent methods within a site-specific and adaptive management strategy for these crops.
