Innovative exposure methods for care ethics reflection and action

Innovative exposure methodologies for care ethical reflection and action. This project focuses on developing and deploying exposure methodologies and action learning to foster sustainable perspective switching and responsive care among care and welfare professionals. This involves the use of VR and experiential forms of work and conversation. By integrating these methodologies, we want to explore how caregivers can deepen their care ethical reflection and how this reflection will have a sustainable impact on their care practice, among other things through the use of E-learning. Characteristic for these learning trajectories (in which exposure is central) is: moral imagination and empathy (‘Envision’), experiencing and feeling (‘Experience’), exploring possibilities (‘Explore’) in order to subsequently put into practice (‘Engage’).
