Dual Learning is not an internship, but a fully-fledged learning path in which young people develop craftsmanship, self-confidence and ownership. This learning path contributes to powerful, inclusive learning environments that truly prepare young people. It is in line with Flemish policy ambitions for inclusive and high-quality education (Flemish Coalition Agreement 2024-2029) and with European guidelines on sustainable vocational education. Within the Navigating to the future project, the expertise centre PXL Education Innovation combines years of practical experience with research, in close cooperation with schools and companies. With powerful mentors, teachers who dare to push boundaries and strong partnerships, dual learning grows into a future-oriented engine for education and work.
