ToekomstPROEF: Testing actions and strategies for future-oriented event catering

This project supports Flemish event caterers and organisers in developing an attractive, feasible and economically viable plant-based food offering. The project translates existing knowledge on plant-based food into the specific context of events and festivals, where caterers and organisers still face challenges related to costs, procurement, recipe development, pricing and communication. Through procurement pilots, recipe development and field experiments at events, the project examines which strategies work in practice.
