Tool Training load CONCEPT analysis
As part of the spearhead project SMART online tool to quantify training load within football and optimise the training process (PWO) of PXL University of Applied Sciences within the centres of expertise Education Innovation and SMART ICT, an online tool was developed that helps football coaches to:
(1) get a good picture of players' physical and mental preparedness before training
(2) and to better assess players' subjective internal training load after training.
Within this IOF-CONCEPT funding, an external expert will be consulted to assess the market potential of the tool and how it can be marketed. First of all, a market analysis will be carried out to identify the size of the market, the price setting/willingness to pay, the competition and possible (valorisation) partners. In addition, after evaluating various business models, the business feasibility and strategic roadmap will be determined, resulting in a fully developed business plan.
