Careful sharing

This project investigates how careless use affects users, products and business models at two lending services, Deelfabriek Kortrijk and Geriefbib De Dijk. We develop and test behavioural interventions that encourage more careful use and may contribute to more sustainable business operations. Our generic lessons learned support lending services and other diverse sharing initiatives related to careful use.
