Carefree pregnancy

The overall objective of the project is to develop a hybrid care pathway (a new service) for pregnant women with hypertension (and, for now, no other underlying detected conditions). To achieve this, the following objectives are prioritised:
- Defining parameters to adequately monitor hypertension at a distance
- Develop care innovation with integrations between care innovation, hospital and emergency centre
- Increase well-being of pregnant women by measuring peace of mind, participation in social life, impact on own family and work
- Reducing workload of hospital midwives
- Develop sustainable, hybrid care path (based on the data analyses and cost-benefit analysis) with relevant stakeholders
- Develop effective communication for all pregnant women (non-native speakers, vulnerable groups, etc.)
