Aggression Learning Platform for Education and Reflection Training

Aggression at work is on the rise and requires innovative solutions. The goal of this project is to develop the Aggression Learning Platform for Education and Reflection Training (ALERT), a digital platform that helps companies create customized training programs. Using smart technology (AI), ALERT allows organizations to develop customized scenarios for aggression situations. A library of scenarios and a single-player option provide usability and scalability.

ALERT is building on the knowledge from the WSE Hostilia project, an edugame aimed at aggression training in the healthcare sector, and is extending it to other sectors such as retail, public transport and the prison system. The primary target group includes healthcare and welfare organizations, represented by 12 partners such as hospitals and residential care centers. A secondary target group includes sectors with a high aggression prevalence, while integrators such as HR services and training centers play an important role in the wide implementation.

The implementation of ALERT contributes to improved well-being at work and economic benefits: less absenteeism, lower absenteeism costs and a positive ROI of 2-4 euros per euro invested. Furthermore, the project supports innovation in the tech sector, providing IT companies with efficient tools and a competitive advantage. Through collaboration with integrators and IT companies, a broad impact on the value chain is expected, including spillover effects to other sectors. This project combines wellness promotion with economic gains and creates sustainable solutions to work-related aggression.
