C-Accelerate Plus

C-ACCELERATE Plus builds on the EIT project, C-accelerate (2022-2023) with a specific focus on the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI). It is done in collaboration with the current partners of the European Alliance FilmEU. The project aims to promote institutional change within both the alliance's ‘pioneer’ and ‘novice’ partners with the key objectives of; 1) bringing innovations to market by launching two new accelerator programmes, 2) supporting at least 12 start-ups and scale-ups. Another key pillar is to support graduates' entrepreneurial spirit by creating sector-specific short courses and micro-credentials. The project will also introduce new infrastructures, such as the AITO (Artistic Intelligence Transfer Office). Finally, C-ACCELERATE Plus aims to build a dynamic and inclusive innovation community by organising workshops, publishing educational materials and creating public access to case studies. It will integrate the accelerator programme and mentor networks, which will be strengthened by new infrastructures. The project is also in line with the objectives of the EIT CC KIC and the EIT Digital KIC, by supporting entrepreneurship, market transformation and innovation in education, while promoting sustainable development and digital and green transitions in HEIs.
