The aim of this project is to develop a support trajectory and canvas to help circular partnerships design and visualise their collective business model.
Establishing a circular value chain requires collaboration between multiple actors, each contributing a specific set of resources. The goal is to create collective value together. However, most existing research and support tools still focus on the actions of individual sustainable entrepreneurs, with limited evidence or guidance available for business models that centre on collective entrepreneurship.

There is a clear need for the development and visualisation of collective business models. This research project seeks to address that gap by applying design science research in co-creation with circular entrepreneurs.
