Sustainable work in elder care

The practice-based research project explores sustainable work among employees of residential care centers in order to support this sector under pressure in the sustainable and people-oriented design of the organizations. The project starts from the JD-R model that focuses on energy sources and stressors in the job and it considers relevant job dimensions from an AMO perspective of employees (Ability-Motivation-Opportunity). By means of measuring sustainable employability and the installation of a professional learning community across organisations, the project will inspire residential care center to implement a sustainable employee policy.
