EmpowerED effective classroom management

The EmpowerED project of PXL University of Applied Sciences translates scientific insights from a systematic literature review into a visually comprehensive framework. This triptych highlights the connection between an interactional approach to behaviour, the influence of contextual factors and the impact of difficult-to-handle pupil behaviour on teacher self-efficacy (TSE). The aim of EmpowerED is to build warm, dyadic teacher-pupil relationships in the classroom, as an element of basic care, for the prevention of behavioural problems, and as a complement to classroom/behaviour management.
