Impact Programme Phase 2

This project focuses on the verification, evidence-building and impact monitoring of the Theory of Change. In consultation with the impact group, we determine which impact aspects or impact pathways will be investigated as a priority. This focus area is translated into an impact measurement framework comprising indicators, data sources and measurement points. Data collection is carried out in a participatory manner, with LEJO staff collecting data and the researchers providing support through coaching, training and peer supervision. The researchers then analyse the data, supplemented by a participatory reflection session with the impact group. The project concludes with an oral presentation setting out conclusions regarding the Theory of Change and recommendations for strengthening impact thinking within LEJO.
