IOF mandate Hendrik De Cooman

Within the AUGent a project was approved for an IOF mandate: ‘liaison University of Applied Sciences (UAS)’. Within this project an IOF mandate was assigned to a new coworker who will be working for / together with the three UAS (Artevelde, HOGENT en HOWEST) and UGent. In addition to a number of fixed targets applying to all such mandates (point of contact for TTO regarding valorisation, maintaining overview of the available expertise, detecting valorisation opportunities, developing a network, ... ) this person will also have a number of specific objectives. These include, among others, being a contact point for the UAS with respect to IOF calls (equipment, projects, business development centers, …) and stimulating collaborations between all partners of the AUGent association (UAS and UGent), with a distinct focus on economic valorisation of practice-oriented scientific research at the UAS. This IOF mandate was assigned to Hendrik De Cooman.
