Predictive phishing risk detection within people-centric cybersecurity
This project aims to strengthen organizational resilience against cyber threats through AI-driven behavioral analysis. The project evaluates how employees respond to staged phishing attacks and how their vulnerability evolves over time. Three types of training will be compared: no training, traditional classroom style training, and an interactive serious game. Using time series models, we will identify high-risk individuals and groups, enabling targeted interventions. The result is a practical, evidence-based framework to reduce human cyber risk in a sustainable way.
The outcome is a Cybersecurity Screening Framework that enables SMEs to assess employee resilience, identify at-risk groups, and select the most effective awareness approach for their context. The framework combines data from simulated phishing attacks, behavioural analytics, and training completion rates to produce targeted recommendations.
