Can an app boost peer learning and community building among Flemish entrepreneurs? Tell Me investigates.

In short
This research explores how the Tell Me app, originally created for teachers, can be adapted for small business owners and entrepreneurs in Flanders. We examine the potential market and determine how this app could support entrepreneurship through participatory and co-creative learning methods.

Need and relevance
Small and medium-sized enterprises face challenges in accessing relevant, flexible learning formats. Traditional training often falls short due to time constraints and low applicability. A low-threshold peer learning app offers a promising alternative, enabling entrepreneurs to learn from each other in a digital environment tailored to their needs.

From approach to impact
The project unfolds in two phases. First, we conduct market research to assess the needs and feasibility of the Tell Me app in a business context. If viable, we will develop a marketing plan focusing on both the app’s launch and user retention strategies. The results aim to foster sustainable learning tools for entrepreneurs and provide long-term inspiration for Business & Management research and lifelong learning initiatives.
