Preliminary trajectory towards ‘protein farmers of Flanders’

The aim of this project is to collaborate with farmers and committed chain players at the Flemish level to explore how future cooperation can be improved to advance the production of locally grown protein-rich crops (yellow peas, field beans, lupine, soy, chickpeas, lentils, quinoa, etc.) for human consumption. Through various meetings, we not only build knowledge on topics such as fair pricing and risk-sharing, but also foster trust among entrepreneurs, both of which are essential for future collaboration.
