This project focuses on developing a digital platform to support companies in identifying and solving work-related challenges. The core consists of a screening tool, a network of experts, and a multichannel communication approach to improve workability within SMEs and large enterprises.

Key elements of the platform:

Screening tool:Evaluation of workability at individual (micro), departmental (meso), and organizational (macro) levels.

Employees gain insight into their workability and employers can monitor organization-wide workability.

Network of experts: The platform acts as an information hub linking workability issues to specialized experts (such as ergonomics, mental health).

A navigator function supports SMEs in finding the right help.

Multichannel outreach strategy: Raising awareness through infographics, social media, networking events, and peer-to-peer networking.

Large companies act as ambassadors and inspire other companies.
