Impact Phase 1 vzw Lejo

In this initial phase, the non-profit organisation LEJO will receive support in formulating its own Theory of Change and in setting up an internal validation process. To this end, a participatory process will be established involving the project managers and the existing Impact working group. This working group will be supplemented by representatives from the four sectors in which LEJO operates: leisure, education, welfare and employment. Under expert guidance, the team will combine its own practical expertise with recent scientific insights. Based on this, a widely supported Theory of Change will be developed, tailored to the operations, objectives and impact ambitions of the non-profit organisation LEJO.
